Terms of condition

1. General Information
store.geoxor.moe and it's content is owned and operated by Geoxor Music IKE. Administration and shop management provided by Neidhardt & Company, Switzerland. Production, Warehousing and fulfillment by Merchworld, Sweden. All rights are reserved.

All goods remain our property until full payment is received.

All attempts and/or fraud will be reported to the police. Geoxor, G. Tsotsos, Neidhardt & Company LP and Merchwold AB reserve the right to cancel a purchase and / or continue to investigate the purchase if fraud is suspected, even if this extends the delivery time.

No payment methods other than those indicated at the checkout on the website will be accepted.

Taxes are charged on top.

You must be over 18 years old or have a legal guardian to order from us. Leave the name and phone number of the guardian who approved the purchase in the message box at the checkout.

2. Order confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send an electronic confirmation to your e-mail address to confirm your purchase. This document merely confirms that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

By sending the goods, the contract is concluded.

3 Shipping
Your order will be delivered to the address you have defined in your personal profile. Please check the correct address once you have received your order confirmation.

The goods are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the buyer. If the delivery address is incorrect and the package is returned, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer if the package is sent again.

For all destinations outside the EU, customers may need to pay import and customs taxes. These vary from country to country. Geoxor, G. Tsotsos and Merchwold AB have no control over them. If you are required to pay import and customs taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for more information about the fees.

In case of transport damage, you must report this directly to the delivery point. If you discover the damage only when opening the package, please contact us. If you return goods to us, you are responsible for the transport risk.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs depend on the weight and destination country.

To find out the cost of shipping for your order, add the items you want into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout until you’ve selected your shipping method. The cost of shipping will automatically update in your order total before you need to enter your payment method information.

 

4 Payment
You have the possibility to choose the following payment method with your order:

  • credit card (Mastercard / Visa / American Express)
  • PayPal

5 Complaints and returns
Geoxor is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

You have an unrestricted right of withdrawal 30 days after receipt of the article. If you regret it, you must notify us within the time indicated, which is covered by the withdrawal period. The product may not be used and must be returned in undamaged condition. The refund may take up to 30 days.

The customer bears the shipping costs for returns. In the event of a complaint about a faulty or defective product, we must be notified as soon as possible after receipt of the product. In this case we are responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact our customer service before returning an item. Remember that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, i.e. even during transport.

This is how you return an item:
First send an email to musicoffice@iabmusic.com and tell them what the error is or why you want to return the item and attach the receipt.

Send the article, the receipt and the return note to the following address:
Merchworld AB, Tenggrenstorpsvägen 15A, 462 56 Vänersborg, Sweden

The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the goods.

6 Products
Geoxor, G. Tsotsos has the right to adjust prices and product information such as product images and offers without prior notice. The published product images and information texts represent the product as accurately as possible. For any errors on the site Geoxor, G. Tsotsos is not liable, and we cannot guarantee that the product images look exactly like the actual product. The pictures differ from the original product depending on the settings, i.e. colour etc. on your computer. All pictures are non-binding illustrations and do not guarantee a correct representation of the features.

7 Security
All information when purchasing a card is encrypted using SSL technology, which makes the information confidential and inaccessible to outsiders

8 Force majeure
In the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution (viva), rebellion, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar event, Geoxor, G. Tsotsos may apply force majeure. This means that this agreement does not have to be fulfilled partially or completely. In this case, we will try to inform the customer

9 Personal information and data protection
Information such as personal information or other information or parts of a document that the customer sends to Geoxor, G. Tsotsos is stored and processed in digital format. Geoxor, G. Tsotsos is responsible for storing and processing the data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. The customer information is used by Geoxor, G. Tsotsos to enable and ensure compliance with the agreement and for marketing purposes by the company.

The information may also be shared with third parties and used for the purposes listed below:

  • Contract partner in payment services to ensure performance of the contract.
  • Contract partner in logistics (forwarding agent) to ensure the fulfilment of the contract.

Delete customer information:

You as a customer can, upon written and signed request, have your customer information deleted by Geoxor Music IKE. However it will not be possible to delete the info if this information is necessary for Geoxor Music IKE to maintain good bookkeeping and accounting practice.
