Washing tips

Shall I wash my Shirt / Hoodie when they arrive?

Since your items spend some time in boxes and warehouses while shipping, we recommend to give them a wash when they arrive. Good thing this that it adds your personal note and they're likely more comfy. 

At what tempearture do I wash them and do I need to be careful?
Wash them at 30°C washing temperature. Turn inside out before washing (or left side, as elderly would say) to protect the artwork. Do not use liquid detergents. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.

Shipping information

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. As soon as we have handed over the items to our delivery services you get your shipping details and tracking number by mail.

I see January 2021 everywhere. What does that mean?
We scheduled the first shipping by end of January 2021. Due to COVID-19 many production facilities are tested in many ways and create challenges in their ressources. Therefor we have calculated some extra time for the manufacturing process of your new items.

How long are the delivery times?
All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Depending on your destination you will receive your items in stock in about a week. Please keep in mind that the first shipping will take place by the end of January 2021.

How much are the shipping costs?
To find out the cost of shipping for your order, add the items you want into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout until you’ve selected your shipping method. The cost of shipping will automatically update in your order total before you need to enter your payment method information.

Are there import and duty taxes?
If your destination is inside EU, there aren’t generally import and duty taxes. For all destinations outside of the EU, customers may face import and duty taxes. These vary from country to country and Geoxor nor Merchworld have control over them. In case you need to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping provider and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.

How do you ship my order?
All Geoxor orders are shipped from Vänersborg, Sweden via FedEx or Postnord. Shipping costs are calculated depending on weight and shipping destination.

What happens if the package could not be delivered?
If FedEx/Postnord is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, they will reach customer by phone number (required at purchase) at point of delivery or otherwise.

In cases such as these, please contact your courier with your tracking number to get any inquiries about the status of your package. Geoxor is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier.

Return

I want to return something, where should I send it to?
Purchases from store.geoxor.com are authorized for return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered or washed. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the item, once it has arrived in our warehouse.

Can I exchange an article?
We do not accept exchanges; simply return you original purchase and place a new order. General rules of return apply.

Who pays the costs for the return shipment?
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return costs. As a customer you bear the costs of the shipping the products back.

How do I know if my return has arrived?
As soon as we have received your returned goods, we will inform you by e-mail.

When will I receive my money for the return shipment?
After receipt of your return you will receive a credit note for your chosen means of payment.

My article is damaged, what can I do?
Despite the greatest care, damages can occur during the transport of your order.
